Anadolu Döküm
Founded in 1968, “Anadolu Döküm Sanayi A.Ş.” pours the world’s steel for the world with its facilities of 16,400 m² in total, 12,000 m² of which is closed. The total liquid metal capacity of our factory with Eges and Ajax induction furnaces is 32 tons and single piece pouring capacity is 25 tons and the total annual production capacity is 10 thousand tons. Anadolu Döküm is an organization that prioritizes customer satisfaction with its staff of 110 people, consisting of 9 engineers, 7 technicians and 6 managers experienced in their fields.
Before a part is cast at Anadolu Döküm, it is simulated with the most advanced technological applications, shrinkage zones and hot spots are determined, taking into account customer demand. It is ensured that the casting process is carried out the first time without error and waste.
At Anadolu Döküm, precision steel alloys, parts weighing tons that require strength and durability are meticulously prepared and cast. Horizontal and vertical centrifugation methods, Bi-Metal castings that require a special technique and knowledge are meticulously realized. A 25-ton part and a 1 kg part are realized with the same precision.
