Anadolu Döküm is an organization that serves by prioritizing customer satisfaction with its 33 managers, including 14 engineers and 9 technicians, and 110 staff, all of whom are experienced and well-versed in their fields. Before a part is cast at Anadolu Döküm, it is simulated with the most advanced technological applications, shrinkage zones and hot spots are determined, taking into account customer demand. It is ensured that the casting process is carried out the first time without error and waste.

Anadolu Döküm serves the steel industry with its chemical and mechanical laboratory and experienced staff. Chemical analysis, mechanical yield-tensile and rupture tests, hardness tests, impact tests, UT, MT and MPI tests are performed for all steel productions.

Anadolu Döküm Sanayi A.Ş. As the most equipped and experienced laboratory in the region, it serves all engineering companies throughout the country as well as performing all mechanical and non-destructive controls of its own productions.

In Turkey, with its superior technological facilities and experienced staff, it is a specialized workshop that produces 3D models. It carries out industrial design, model manufacturing, all kinds of pre-production rapid prototyping, reverse modeling, mold manufacturing and mass production works where necessary. It provides all kinds of industrial products that are designed or designed and applied at the design stage, one-to-one or at any desired scale, using different techniques and materials without any limits, making models together with classical hand workmanship, making them ready for casting and production.

Possibility of casting up to 25 tons in one piece. Metal alloys melted above 1600°C are transferred from the bottom with crucibles with casting stops and argon diffusers, thermal data are taken with the ATAS System, simulated, shrinkage zones are determined and the desired properties are cast in the molds prepared with precautions taken. After the heat treatment, all laboratory controls are carried out; the final shape is taken in our machining workshop in line with the demands and expectations of our customers.

Anadolu Döküm Sanayi A.Ş. pours the world’s steel for the world, performs heat treatment and machining production with its 16,400 m² facilities, 12,000 m² of which is closed. Eges induction furnaces produce 10,000 tons of steel per year, with the ability to cast 25 tons of single pieces and a total liquid metal capacity of 32 tons.

One of our company’s advantages is to cast pipes, flanges, tubes and liners in special sizes by horizontal centrifugal casting.

In Anatolia casting, we also produce centrifugal pipes and liners up to Ø1700×2000 length with vertical centrifugal casting method.

Production of centrifugal casting pipes from all kinds of steel materials up to 800mm outer diameter and 6000mm length can be made by horizontal centrifugal casting method.

Vertical Centrifugal Casting;
In Anatolia casting, we also produce centrifugal pipes and liners up to 1700×200 length with vertical defense method.

Horizontal Centrifugal Casting;
Another superior aspect of our organization is casting pipes, flanges, tubes and liners in special sizes by horizontal casting method.
Up to 800 mm outer diameter and 600 mm length, horizontal centrifugal casting pipes of various materials can be produced by horizontal centrifugal casting method.
