1. Simulation
With the computer-aided design and analysis programs we have, potential errors in methodology and processes are minimized before production begins. Our company utilizes SolidWorks, Catia, Novacast, and ATAS systems.
SolidWorks
A design tool used for converting 2D technical drawings into 3D solid models.
Catia
A surface modeling and design tool used for repairing and refining surface models.
NovaCast
A casting simulation program that allows us to identify potential defects in a part before casting, making it easier to achieve the most accurate results.
ATAS
With the Adaptive Thermal Analysis System, real thermal values obtained from samples taken from the furnaces are transferred to the simulation program, ensuring the most accurate results.
2. Stopper-Controlled Ladles
Stopper-controlled ladles minimize the risk of mixing low-density slag into the molten metal being poured into the mold.
Gas Diffuser
The argon gas diffuser in ladles and furnaces purifies molten metal by removing gases within it.
3. Molding
To ensure the highest quality, we use furan resin molds with filters, apply washing-based painting, and perform infrared drying.

1. Horizontal Centrifugal Casting
We have the capacity to manufacture cast pipes from all types of materials with:

2. Vertical Centrifugal Casting
Our machinery for vertical centrifugal casting includes:
• 1x Up to Ø700mm, length up to 700mm, total weight 550kg (including mold)
• 1x Up to Ø1000mm, length up to 1000mm, total weight 8000kg (including mold)
• 1x Up to Ø1800mm, length up to 2000mm, total weight 50,000kg (including mold)
We can produce pipes, rolls, rollers, and compression rings up to Ø1800mm from any material or bi-metal materials.
3. Pyrometer
To ensure precision in the centrifugal casting process, all controls are performed using advanced technology.
• Mold temperatures are measured with a Laser Pyrometer.
• Molten metal inside the mold is measured with an Optical Pyrometer for full process control.
